Résumé
Ce rapport présente d'abord un portrait du milieu culturel du Saguenay. Ensuite les leviers et les freins à l'utilisation de la plateforme sont analysés. Enfin, des recommandations pour favoriser l'utilisation et pérenniser le Réseau sont proposées.
