Abstract
From 2-photon microscopy, brain vasculature was segmented, skeletonized and a graph model was generated. These 6 datasets correspond to 6 steady-state flow simulations in a mouse brain vascular network, where 3D microbubble positions in time were computed using a particle flow simulator. Example code to load data is provided. All positions are in micrometers.
