This dataset contains the raw and processed data used to generate Figures 2–7 of the manuscript. It includes scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images of the fabricated neural probes and PEDOT:BF₄ coatings (Figure 2), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and optical microscopy data used for PEDOT:BF₄ deposition optimization (Figure 3), electrochemical characterization of bare Au and PEDOT:BF₄-coated electrodes before and after silk fibroin integration (Figure 4), longitudinal in vivo electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements acquired over a four-week implantation period (Figure 5), histological images confirming probe placement within the ventral hippocampus (Figure 6).
