Abstract
A seven-slide presentation documenting a spiral pedagogical approach integrating sustainable development across two consecutive courses : INF1600 (Computer Architecture) and INF3500 (Digital Systems Design), at Polytechnique Montréal. Grounded in Bruner's spiral curriculum and Mezirow's transformative learning theory, the approach moves from individual action (Digital Cleanup Day, scientific article submissions) to collective reflection (thematic capsule discussions). Data from five course offerings (2024-2026) show 379 cleanup participations, 268 articles submitted, and approximately 7,546 kg CO₂ avoided. Student contributions are formalized as Open Educational Resources, creating an intergenerational learning cycle adaptable to any engineering program.
